The good stuff:
-the most friendly and helpful staff at fromt desk and at the restaurant
-the room size, layout and design was great.
- the pyramid views!! From thr room windows and rooftop restaurant - you can never get bored of it. You can also catch the daily night light show from both places.
The not so good stuff:
- pool at the back is super small and not functional, definitely not for smaller kids.
- breakfast and restaurant menu needs bit of help on variety - we literally ate the same things at breakfast for 4 days
- location of the hotel (outside the pyramid views) is terrible. Its set quite away from everything, you can't walk out to anywhere and have to get an uber to just get out of the area to the main streets. Area is surrounded by camel, horse riders and their stables, so also not quiet or clean. Its close to the pyramids and yet every uber trip to GEM or Pyramids visitor centre or Cairo all take 30mins or more depending on traffic as its off the main streets into a very narrow lane (most uber were unsure of the entrance to the street)
