This place is horrible. Our room had no microwave, we had to call down to housekeeping and have towels, put in our room upon arrival, the TV channel only had one channel and that came in really rough, so there was no watching TV. The room smelled strongly of urine, mold around shower door.

Disappointed with the condition of the room. Old and worn out. Wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. Room darkening curtain had holes in it. There was an area on the wall behind the door that had been repaired, but not repainted. Lamp shades were torn. Box spring mattress cover was dirty. Good thing — The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The shuttle was great picked my aunt and uncle up at 5:00 and got them to the airport as described. The TV was a nightmare trying to operate We never did get it to work. The shower door was completely bent and did not close completely. If you did get it closed you had to call somebody to open it because it was so warped. I told the front desk it needed to be replaced. Room 204

Need new pillows in the room and bedsheets had stains on them. The people above us were loud until after 1 am. The front desk assistance was nice. Appreciated the shuttle service at 3:30 AM

The staff was lovely and should have a 5 star however the room had some definite challenges. The TV did not work, the message light on the phone was in a continuous state of flashing a red light for messages yet no messages, the floor was filthy, the sink faucet was broken, and the most disturbing item was that one pillowcase was filthy.

Room was clean, comfortable bed. Price of the room was excellent compared to other hotels. Room and restroom were clean but could use a new paint as walls had stains. The restroom toilet was backed up but the hotel staff took care of it very quickly. Service was good and staff was very friendly and supportive.

First of all at check in the front desk attendant Gayla was great she was very professional, helpful and pleasant. The key card wouldn’t open the door so I went down and she quickly issued two cards. Just in case. 10 The sheets in the room were clean. The room was old. The carpet looked like it needed vacuuming. I never would’ve thought to look and see if the shower had a shower head until I wanted to shower on the morning. There was none! The handle to operate the faucet in the sink came off in my hand! That room should not have been given to anybody. The gal at the front desk in the morning was kind enough to refund. I got the rom because they had free shuttle and close to Sky Harbor. It was impossible to find a number to contact the hotel. I searched a half hour until I finally was gonna complain to Hotels.com and then I saw a little message with info on how to contact the hotel. Sorry I Do not recommend

You get what you pay for. I was looking for a cheap rate and I got it. Cheap also means the hotel was outdated and needed renovation. At night, you could hear the whistling of the wind and through the window. The TV was on when we arrived, and we were unable to shut it off with a broken channel changer.
