The staff of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful and it is super consistent in terms of the staff attitude of willing to walk for an extra mile to help the guests. This is the hotel I strongly recommend to stay in Foshan

Family trip
The description of the hotel on hotel.com is totally misleading . It said the hotel is “connected to a shopping mall”. but its NOT true . The mall is near the hotel by crossing the streets but not connected! The room is old and the facilities like the pool , gym are pretty run down. the hotel definitely needs total refurbishment .

Enjoyed Staying at Cordis Foshan
I enjoyed staying at Cordis, Foshan. This was my second experience there. Appreciate that they gave me a complementary upgrade to the top floor. Overall, everything is still perfect. I would still strongly suggest that they setup a small business center with a few desktop computers, printer, etc. for the convenience of guests. (Their sister hotel in Kowloon, Hong Kong has kiosk for such purpose. I stayed there before coming to Foshan. It does not involve much overhead and will bring convenience to guests. Please learn from your sister hotel for continuous improvement.)
