The lift broke down and my two children were trapped in the lift, which fell from the third floor to the first floor. Without an engineer, a resident helped, asking the staff to get the keys and help restart the elevator. Until the elevator restarted, the elevator went up to the third floor to the first floor again, the elevator doors opened, and no engineers came to the hotel. My children were crying and shaking, and no one asked if we were ok or hurt. I went to the front desk and asked them this is a problem my baby is still shaking and crying, don't you think you should do something about it? They just said do you need a cup of hot chocolate, right, free hot chocolate in the lobby. I was so angry, they gave me a $25 voucher to CHILL, and I was so surprised that they did that, and they ended up saying you stayed for two days, you don't have to pay for one. I don't want to say anything more. And they said that's all we can do, but we'll let you sit in our lobby as long as you want. Such a bad thing happened, no one said sorry, no one asked if you were ok, no elevator maintenance staff came to the scene, it was terrible!
