Got greeted with an employee that did not seem very interested in helping us, and barely said anything. It seemed that he did not know which floor our room was in. The sheets was not prestine, it was spots that indicated that it was not cleaned. The room we booked was very small in comparison with what the images told us, and where the booking said we were supposed to have both a balcony and a bathtub, the room lacked both.
