Upon arriving at the property, the lobby was closed. I had to wait approximately 15 minutes for someone to arrive and assist me. The photos of the rooms shown on the app are completely different from reality, and the room itself was in a filthy condition; the bed—including the sheets and blanket—had clearly already been used by someone else, yet they rented the room to us in that state. I consider this a sign of disrespect, as what is displayed on the app does not correspond to the actual room. I spent about 20 minutes in the room; the odor was overpowering, and—naturally—I was not going to sleep in a bed that had been used by other people. When I returned to the lobby to file a complaint, there was no one there, and I demand a refund of my money. Thank you.

There is no one available to check you in or out. The bathroom was not clean and they had no shampoo, conditioner or soap. No refrigerator, ice machine or hair dryer and the smoke alarm in the hallway beeped all nigjt

This place is non existent. Neither the supposed property manager in New York (property is in Myrtle Beach) nor orbitz would stand behind the reservation. Left us without lodging for our entire 3 day trip! Received a call the following day from the property manager stating the front desk in Texas was unresponsive and there was nothing he could do. That tells us this is a scam. The property manager number in New York is 347-752-4259 so beware of the scam! Orbitz never stepped up saying the package included a3rd party so they weren't responsible. I'll never use them again. Left us stranded 7 states from home.
