They were remodeling the hotel so half of it was occupied, but the other half was dirty throughout the hallways. The elevator didn’t work and at some point after I got back from dinner, two of the rooms were caught on fire so we immediately left in Hotels.com reimburse me my money and we were able to see someone else.

Was threatened by the front desk worker Rick after waiting 3 minutes to be acknowledged while he watched inappropriate video's on his phone. When i finally was acknowledge he began to yell at me after asking if he was a manager. He called me a liar for having my registered service animal with me then threatened me.

Hotel is under construction/renovation. There is no furniture in the lobby ( breakfast???). Floor was dirty (dust), with 5 gallon paint cans stacked in lobby. Windows were open on upper floor. Furniture stacked as trash in front of hotel. Felt unsafe and unsecure. Not for us. We canceled our stay.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is currently under renovation, so be prepared to find it in that condition. However, the rooms are very clean and modern.
