Thw room is pretty nice, the problem was they entered my room at 12 aclock at night, without permission, and it was pretty alarming. And then they woke me up again to check that i actually have reservation, very strange. Also the other guests made so much noise all night, it was a very bad sleep. I’ve stayed in many hotels around West Lake, and this apartment stands out. It was definitely more spacious and modern, with better amenities for the price.
