Relatively clean, but very noisy.

This hotel was fine for one night stay after landing late at night. The staff was helpful, and calling for the airport shuttle was easy. The walls are EXTREMELY thin, making the hotel very noisy. I needed my white noise app and ear plugs to drown out the telephone conversation in the next room as well as hallway noise. I found a pink hair that was not mine on the shower wall, but the room was otherwise clean.

You took my booking and money but I had no room!!!

I did not stay, and you would not respond to the mess up. I was stuck due to flight cancelations in the Atalanta airport, and needed a room for that evening. I was booking a room for that evening, but you did not say there were no rooms and let it get booked. When I got to the hotel they informed me they had no rooms and would not. I explained that I went on and booked, but they said that it did not come through...and must be for the next day. I tried multiple times to cancel, but you're system would not let me. I messaged you, and you did not reply. I message the hotel explaining the issue and no one replied again. You cost me money that I should be refunded since I was not allowed to get the room on the 31st, but you were non responsive. Your booking even says "March 31st - April 1st" yet I was not allowed to check in ...and you charged me anyway. This will be my last time using your site/app for any bookings. Received a message saying my review can't be accepted. The reasons were based on mentioning price, using profanity, or saying private info. None of those applied so I'll take it that if it is not liked it will be rejected. Really nice!

Ok hotel. Not the best and not the worst.

Everything was pretty good except it states laundry on the website but it is send out only. I thought they had a self laundry facility. Also, the shower wasn’t very clean it had hair and other materials left from the previous person who stayed in my room.

No sheets!

No sheets on the bed. Asked front desk for a set and he said they didn’t have any housekeeping onsite and he would call when he had time to get some. Problem with that is the phone in our room was broken and we had to walk down to ask for help. Later in the night - a security guard showed up with 2 bed pads and no sheets. It was after midnight, so we just slept on top the comforter because we had an early flight. Also, the flooring was peeling up in the room. Have stayed at other Hotel Indig’s and this one is not up to the standards.

Had reservation. Hotel overbooked and couldn’t give us room type booked. New room didn’t have towels. Mgr said they didn’t have any and no blankets for the rollaway bed we got stuck with. Guests a few doors down entered their room and someone else’s luggage was there! Would not recommend this hotel

Disgusting property

This is a disgusting hotel! The shower is absolutely gross and full of other people’s pubic hair. The condition was reported at check in but I was not offered another room. Then I asked for someone to clean it and was told housekeeping would be doing it first thing in the morning. It is almost 10:30am and no one has cleaned the shower. There are still other people’s pubic hair in the shower in a room for which I paid $150 for one night. So this morning I sat in Sweaty clothes after a morning workout for 30 minutes waiting for someone to clean the shower and remove other people’s pubic hair. When the housekeeper came she asked where was the hair, and I had to show her pictures of all the dirt and hair because apparently they don’t see dirt although they’re housekeeping. The shower was finally cleaned and I was able to bathe. Then as I was drying off someone knocked on the door saying it was time to check out. Not only did I have to wait for the shower to be cleaned then I was rushed to get out. The manager told me to call hotels.com to handle compensating me for paying $150 for a room with a disgusting shower. Of course you can’t call hotels.com and so I’m stuck paying for a nasty dirty room. The health department needs to shut this hotel down for unhealthy deplorable conditions at $150.
