The location of the hotel is close to the city's attractions. The room is spacious, nicely decorated and has beautiful park and old town view. The bed is large and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room works very well. There is no hot water in the bathroom. The free WiFi connection is good but with some interruptions.

O hotel é ótimo, está bem localizado, próximo de tudo andando. O quarto é simples, mas é confortável, a cama é boa e os travesseiros também. O chuveiro não é quente, mas eu já sabia. No quarto não tinha frigobar, e isso me deixou chateada, pq eu não me atentei pois na minha cabeça é um item essencial. Fui até a recepção perguntar se havia quarto disponível com frigobar pra trocar, e a recepcionista disse que não, mas que ela iria solicitar um frigobar pro quarto, e assim foi feito no outro dia. O ar condicionado funciona muito bem! Isso é importante, visto que Cartagena é super quente, e quando chegamos o ar já estava ligado. O café da manhã é simples, mas completo. Cafés, sucos e frutas excelentes! Funcionários super solícitos e muito educados!

This hotel is in the perfect location and was excellent for exploring Getsamani and the Walled City. Rooms are basic and comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a very lively, busy area so it is quite noisy. We changed rooms a couple of times and the staff were very helpful and accommodating, but it was still always very loud. Bring earplugs and you will be fine. Breakfast was yummy with lots of variety and coffee and fresh juice. I would recommend this hotel.

Excelentemente ubicado, a 2 cuadras de la ciudad amurallada y a 2 de Getsemani. Sin embargo, una del staff (no Rodolfo, que fue súper amable y nos brindó toda la información que necesitábamos en todo momento) hacía todo de mala gana y lento. Durante mi estadía experimenté lo siguiente: - un día entero no funcionó el WiFi, - el baño del lobby estuvo fuera de servicio todos los días, - un día quisimos tomar jugo y pedimos en el lobby. Nos dijeron que no tenían. Entonces pensé en comprar limones afuera y prepararlo yo mismo, por lo que si me podrían prestar la licuadora, cosa que tampoco quisieron. Finalmente quise al menos exprimirlos y para eso que por favor me den una jarra. TAMPOCO quisieron darme una jarra. - La penúltima noche comenzó a gotear (más bien chorrear) el aire y tuvieron que repararlo. - La última noche el aire comenzó nuevamente a gotear, luego a hacer un ruido infernal, por lo que tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación, donde OH, SORPRESA, había una jarra a disposición (después me enteré que en varias piezas había, solo no quisieron dármela a mi, o lo que yo sospecho, la del staff para no levantarse y caminar unos pasos, ni se molestó). En resumen: excelente ubicación, infraestructura debe mejorar bastante, pésimo staff.
