2/10 欠佳

Room was clean but AC didn’t work, light was flooding the window all night, the room was in a hall with maintenance going on. Off main property so no breakfast. Poor process for check in. Overall bad and would. It recommend

I liked the room, spacious and clean , right across the train station , it had a nice balcony . The real issue was that you need to walk like three big blocks to pick up keys at another location and come back to this place if you arrive to the train station . My train arrived late at night, to walk with luggage through the area to the key pick up location (which was a bit sketchy) was real pain . The staff was supportive and kind.

Der var rent værelse og god aircondition. Praktisk beliggenhed centralt i Bologna. Tjek in foregår i Hotel Astoria som ligger tæt på Astoria Comfort Rooms.

Conveniently located next to the train station but it's a 20-25 minute walk from the city center. Room was very spacious and quiet. I would recommend for one or two nights, especially if you are taking early trains as the station is just across the street.

The room itself is nice. The big problem though is that in order to check in you need to go to a second building a few blocks away. It's not very well signed to tell you that unless you look closely.

The staff was very helpful upon our check in. The room was very close to the train station which was helpful. However, it is also close to lots of traffic and noise. The heat would not get the room warm.

The property was clean and conveniently located but the street noise was loud. The check-in location what's different from the actual room so you had to walk to tune different places. The instructions and check in procedure was smooth.

We were given rooms across town form the actual hotel. That walk is not safe and dirty. We did not feel safe walking there and especially at night n. We had people follow up around. Not a safe part of the city. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast at the main hotel was great.
