Staying At This place It’s like being in Jail. You’re literally subjected to submitting pictures of your passport/ID before you can even get access to the rooms. Someone has to drive you to the spot where the building is . You have to check in at a different address 15 min away . God forbid a friend wants to visit… no visitors allowed. The building is in a run down business area with out of this world traffic and garbage everywhere. I will never stay there again. Very expensive for that area of Guatemala City.

This room is not located in Zona 13. It's located in a questionable part of town. The address listed on the confirmation is incorrect. I'm thankful I didn't get out of the taxi because there is nothing there. I was told that if I had any visitors, they had to meet at the lobby, as they were not permitted to go up to the room. I never actually saw a lobby. When you check in, the attendant takes pictures of the room. When you check out, the attendant comes into the room and takes photos of it. I had to take my breakfast to go, and it consisted of one orange juice, one yogurt, and one apple. I didn't enjoy the experience. The only reason I'm actually giving it two stars is that it was very clean, and the shuttle was punctual.

Great clean room with hot showers and nice beds, but somewhat confusing check in instructions on Expedia. We just showed up and checked in without an issue, no pre-check in stuff as listed. We put our room service outside the door, not allowed, almost got a pretty large charge…

Ha sido una odisea saber cual es la direccion del alojamiento, ya que son 2 direcciones alternas y casi pierdo un tour por tener la dirección que sale en la confirmación que envian que esta incorrecta. El alojamiento en si, estan bien. Pero deben mejorar esa parte.

This property is perfect for 'solo' travelers having an independent personality. I can't recommend strongly enough to bring your own groceries and do your own cooking; if you rely on deliveries, your food will arrive unpleasantly cold (it happened to me with the breakfast included). There are no short distanced restaurants; some fast-foods are in the other side of the Zoo and require an unconfortable stroll in order to get them.

The Apartment was very small, and beds were not clean either. There was no hot water for 2hrs, they kept giving excuses. Ultimately we shifted out to another place.

The room was tiny, we could barely fit. It was located off site of the main hotel about 15 mins away. It took us almost an hour to check-in and get our room. They gave us the wrong room as well. The breakfast was cold and we had to eat with our hands. This was by far one of the worse experiences we've ever had. Save your money and go somewhere else.
