Didn't like having to walk through the dining room to access the gym and pool! Some decking boards around the pool felt unsafe when stepped on. Loved the welcome drink on check in and selection of different foods at breakfast, especially the Indonesian cruisine. Hotel is very walkable from the ferry terminal and Megamall. Overall a great stay!

There is a swimming pool which is rarely used. I went and realised that it has few safety issues. You can’t get into pool safely. The steps to get into the pool is narrow and slippery. Poor markings re depth. Appreciate if these are sorted as planning to come again next year

The room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and polite. But below area could be improved further: - toilet door cannot be closed smoothly - water seem to be dripping from top sink in the toilet to the left - curtain seem to be spoilt and reported. - it should allow guest to charge the ice bucket to the room even though there is no deposit.

A very clean, tidy and modern hotel with courteous, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, comfortable and well maintained. Hotel has a good selection of amenities, including swimming pool, gym and conference rooms. The location is about a 5 minute walk from the ferry port, so no taxi required on arrival. There is a shopping mall across the street, and the location is well served by local taxis and public transport. The breakfast offered is extensive, with several regional cuisines catered for. The overall food offerings are varied, good quality and generally great value for money. Recommend a room on a higher floor facing the Grand Mosque and park for an outstanding view. Overall a very comfortable, convenient and good value for money place to stay whilst visiting Batam City.

I thought I had the perfect room. A corner room, high floor, and a sea view. For 3 nights, the aircon switched itself off in the night. The gaps at the window curtains let in the sunlight making it impossible to continue sleeping. The cleaners supplies was opposite my room and I could hear them pushing and loading their carts. All in, I had 3 nights of not restful sleep. I have stayed at this hotel everytime I come to Batam but maybe it's time for a change.

Very old property with loud rumbling aircon noise, stuffy mouldy room smell, curtains that does not keep light out fully, and a bathroom light that shines so brightly into the main room whenever it’s switched on. makes zero sense to disturb another person’s sleep when you have to use the bathroom at night. lights used in room were also orange tone. pool was also not as shown in pictures . overall a really disappointing stay. would not recommend
