2/10 Poor

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel. It is dirty, disgusting, falling apart and run down. The carpet was stained and the bedding was stained. This hotel looked like a motel in one of the worst movies you could ever imagine..

Rooms are large as are hallways and the staff are very attentive and helpful. There two great restaurants on the main floor. Location is excellent in the centre of the city.
Gavin, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great property, great staff and central location. Only downside is that the rooms with a view can be a little loud, but again that's expected due to its location. Additionally, rooms with no view can be stuffy especially if it's warm. There is ac so it helps

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the staff are so polite and helpful, and omg the free espresso! This hotel was such a relief and truly turned our trip around. And oh oh oh the view of the square, and Hank's...

8/10 Very good

The hotel is good. Could be a truly great hotel, the building has SO MUCH POTENTIAL. But it’s a bit dated. Nonetheless, if the hotel is simply to sleep and rest, shower, and have your stuff, this hotel is great. Fantastic staff.
David, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Hotel was comfortable, clean, well located and within walking distance of many thing. However, our room was loud where you could hear street noise and church bells. Towels were thin.
Ruth Garcia, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Shabby, rundown, noisy and dark

Shabby condition: stained carpets, surly staff Choice between room with ! NO NATURAL LIGHT ! or noisy room overlooking square It absolutely shouldn't be considered 5 stars
PAUL, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The staff was most helpful. What I don’t recommend is their breakfast which you pay extra for isn’t worth the cost. Other than that, it’s a beautiful hotel.
Honey, 2-night trip

Good stay at Gran Hotel

Check in was absolutely easy! The hotel lobby and hall ways are extremely nice and fancy. The rooms are spacious, but you can tell certain things are old/cheap. To be picky, the iron and board were very cheap and it was hard to iron shirts. Lastly, the air conditioning unit didn’t really work. Aside from these things. It was a good stay.
David, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

The hotel location is fantastic, but just that This hotel is a big spacious hotel without a soul . It probably was a grand hotel long, long time ago but now What it makes me angry is that this is a 5 star hotel with no room service, not laundry service, not a refrigerator inside the room . This Grand hotel should advertise as 3 star hotel . They have free breakfast and to be honest the breakfast was so mediocre, so terrible for a 5 star hotel. The room was nice because it have a balcony facing the park but in the room the bed was old the the pillows where so old and smell like someone head it small bad and, they where so uncomfortable and lumpy. This hotel was a big disappointment for a 5 star hotel it has definitely been the worst hotel i ever stayed, I won’t recommend to anybody.
