We enjoyed our stay at Iberostar Cancun very much. We stayed at Family Suite on 9th floor. It is a unit at the end of the floor with ocean view and spacious terrace. It was spectacular! -- it feels brand new, ultra-modern, super spacious (958 sqft). Extremely clean with very comfortable beds. We enjoy every minute staying in the suite. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, all staff work very hard and are very nice. Food are good, but very little Asian food.

Wonderful resort all around. The food, the pool, the app. Everything was luxury. I would recommend this resort and call it a 4 start resort. The villas are nice because you get your own pool and the room comes with robes and slippers

The restaurants on-site were absolutely delicious, and every meal exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly focused on making sure all of our needs were met. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and the room service was always on point. We spent a lot of time by the pool, which was such a fun and relaxing atmosphere. A special shoutout goes to Rosa, our server/bartender by the pool—she was the life of the party! Her enthusiasm, warm spirit, and positive energy made us feel right at home. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return. I highly recommend this place to family and friends looking for the perfect getaway!

It’s a good family resort. I went with friends and kids and we were able to enjoy the bars, the restaurants. The rooms were hot, even after they put the temperature down. (You do not have access to manage your room AC, you need to call the front desk for them to adjust it). The staff were incredible, super attentive!!! We enjoyed the buffet the most and the main pool with the swim up bar.
