The staff were all excellent. Jana was the best. She went out her way to be extra helpful. The hotel is in a great location, with great restaurants nearby, and a wonderful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel in the future. Thank you. We loved our stay at this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a really good location. Room 105 overlooks the Vardar River and its bridges. The staff are very helpful. I didn’t have breakfast, but I did see it and at 10 euros, could get something more to my taste in the locality. Behind the hotel is a small shopping mall with exchange kiosks, snack bars etc. The old bazaar is a few minutes walk away. The city is most impressive.

Genel anlamda temiz ve sessiz olması iyi bir dinlenme imkanı sunuyor. Personel yardımsever ve çözüm odaklı, özellikle Boba bize kendimizi kendi ülkemizde hissettirdi, teşekkür ederiz Boba. Çok iyi bir lokasyon, güzel bir nehir manzarası ve keyifli mekânlar.

We stayed at Hotel Riverside for 9 nights and are absolutely delighted during our entire stay! The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, within walking distance of Plostad. The reception staff were fantastic—very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Skopje!

This apparently is a new hotel. For €80 per night, this place was not appointed well eg lighting in room was inadequate, carpets were very basic, bathroom didn't have place to keep stuff. Right next door at holiday inn, with only €4 difference, was much better facility.

The hotel was ok. The reception area was smaller than expected and there was no elevator or bell boy to really help with the luggage. Housekeeping was average, they didn't restock toilet paper and towels everyday. Our room was ok but our relative's smelled liked mildew. It was in a great location. Overall we had a nice time.

I hade väldig otur o få ett inrökt rum som dessutom stank mögel. Det gick inte att byta rum så vi tog kostnaden själva och bytte hotell. Även supporten från hotels.com var dålig så vi bokade på egen hand. Vi fick således betala de 3 ytterligare nätterna som vi inte kunde nyttja. Det skall sägas att andra rum tydligen var betydligt bättre - tyvärr hjälpte inte det oss Hotellet är bra beläget vid floden Varda men taxi kan inte köra fram så man får gå de sista 200 metrarna- det positiva är att det är bilfritt runt hotellet

The room was clean but basic. The pics are as good as it gets. It’s on a pedestrian street so a taxi is unable to go to hotel. At the time I travelled the address is incorrect on Apple and Google Maps. I suggested that they ask it to be changed. The location is very central and walkable to pretty much all the sites.

Hotel com localização excelente , porém cama horrível , barulhenta, roupa de cama de solteiro em cama de casal , aparecia até o colchão ! Um absurdo ! Café da manhã terrível , de hotel 1 estrela ! Não fizeram limpeza do quarto , nem trocaram toalhas !!! Só vale a pena pela localização! Não recomendo !

Need shelving in bathroom for toiletries by the sink and in the shower. When I booked my reservation in January l requested a quiet room. I repeated this request several times. Instead, l was assigned a room above a restaurant that blasted music until 1:30 A.M. There was plenty of time to accommodate my request. No reasonable explanation given.
