Falta de comunicação entre os turnos (noite e dia), quarto com acústica péssima, o hotel passa por reforma, profissionais trabalhando na parte externa das paredes, cama ruim muito pelo colchão mole. Tive que pagar pelo café da manhã separado pois a equipe desconhecia as informações passadas no ato da reserva, enfim...Cheguei a esse hotel pela proximidade do aeroporto de Congonhas e principalmente pelas avaliações anteriores que penso nao retratar totalmente o momento atual do hotel. Primeira e ultima vez que hospedo nesse estabelecimento.
