Super clean room overall (asked for the air conditioning filter to be changed because of dust, but that’s it). The in room laundry machine is a must while traveling. Location super close to the train station and Ebisu is a much quieter nicer area than Shibuya. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Very convenient location for getting around Tokyo as it is just one stop south of Shibuya so it avoids the crowds but still a really convenient station to get to other places in Tokyo. We had the big room and it was plenty of space with the convenience of in-room laundry machine. Front staff is friendly if not especially helpful when it comes to things like getting cab or handling weird requests. However highly recommended as a central Japanese style chain!

The hotel was great for a family of 4 since we all had our own comfortable beds. The room is small and there was no outside view. However it’s very efficient and clean. The location is very close to Shibuya (30 minutes walk) and the train station is on the adjacent corner.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were great. Breakfast was really good, especially the French toast and croissants. It was easy to get to the metro, and having a FamilyMart and Lawson nearby was convenient for snacks and drinks. The washer/dryer in the room was a big plus for our trip. We had a comfortable stay and would stay here again.

The hotel is new and has a great vibe. The ice cream in the room was a delight. The check-in process a bit convoluted but maybe that was due to our late arrival. The rooms are small but have some nice touches. Amenities are limited, are available only in the lobby, and you have to pay for some of them. The hotel is conveniently located near the Ebisu train station which has great route options.
