Las fotos no le hacen justicia al lugar, es simplemente hermoso. Nos toco un cuarto precioso frente a la piscina en el segundo piso pero la primera noche fue incómodo por que teniamos un sliding door sin cortinas y el agua tenia un olor feo. El dueño fue muy atento, nos cambio de cuarto y el resto de los dias fueron perfectos. Disfrutamos de la piscina, tenemos fotos muy lindas y estabamos cerca de todo. Lo recomiendo si busca tranquilidad.

After booking we were immediately contacted by the hotel wondering about our expected arrival time, and the detailed directions on how to arrive at the hotel. That was an unexpected surprise and very welcomed. When we opened the arrival gate we were amazed by the natural beauty of the grounds, trees, plants, waterfall into a refreshing pool, so awesome. Then we opened the door to our room…. Spectacular! The thought put into everything. King sized bed with beautiful bedding. Towel art. Wood, stained glass, art…everything is so beautiful. Two relaxing chairs out the door. Pool towels, coffee, water, mini fridge. Storage everywhere. Skib toured us around the property and wow, every room was as beautiful as the one before it. Internet was great. We only spent two nights there and wished we could have enjoyed it a bit more but we spent a full day at Xcaret Park which is so close and convenient to the property. We will definitely return!

I never leave reviews but I think it's necessary. My daughter and I were traveling alone and also don't speak spanish unfortunately. There were times where we got ourselves into a pickle and the property owners went so above and beyond to help, it was incredibly meaningful. Ester and Skip were both so kind and generous, it makes this property stand out from any other place we went on our vacation. The Hacienda itself is 5 minutes from Xcaret, so you are so close to the action, but the location of the space is tucked away in a little rainforest. It is so beautiful and calming, I just felt very lucky to have found it. I can't recommend the hotel....almost an B&B enough. There is also a beautiful little bakery 2 steps down from the Hacienda with incredible Sourdough breads and cinnamon rolls. It's just a very special place.
