What an exceptional place to stay for a Disney vacation! The hotel was fantastic—we had a 1 bedroom suite that was beautifully laid out, super clean and perfect for a small family. Shuttle was prompt and so easy to get to the park any time of the day. Definitely booking this in the future, this hotel made the trip.

A lovely hotel with beautifully clean and stylish rooms. The staff at the front desk, which is open 24/7, were always friendly, helpful, and impressively multilingual. If you're looking to go to Disneyland, there's a complimentary shuttle for guests which leaves just outside the hotel, and is explained during check in.

Staff was accommodating, nice and welcoming as well as efficient. The room had plenty of space, a kitchen equipped with plates, fridge and utensils. The rooms are dramatically more well equipped than anything Disney (basic AF) has to offer at less than half the price. $330 is cheapest room I could find via Disney. The shuttle to and from the park are included and a grocery store is literally attached to the hotel.

Et fint hotel, men det virkede som om stedet havde lidt startudfordringer. Brandalarmen gik i gang, men ingen vidste helt hvad de skulle gøre og vi fik ikke noget information. Nøglekortene virkede ikke af flere omgange og informationer om hvor vi kunne handle var forkerte, så vi endte med at køre rundt 1 time uden held, for til sidst at opdage at butikken ved siden af hotellet havde åbent.

Ideal location for Disney, bus stop is right outside the hotel. They have a free shuttle but it stops running around 11:30 and doesn’t resume until 5:30pm approx. Hotel is clean and modern but it’s only been open a few months . On check in they tried to charge me €320 room tax on check in , even though hotels.com stated room tax was only €11 and we didn’t even pay €320 for our stay! It too a lot of arguing with them for them to realise their mistake. Also worth nothing you have to pay €150 deposit on check on too. Which wasn’t mentioned on hotels com when I booked. Make sure you budget for this as they said the system doesn’t always release it when you check so you might need to email them if you don’t have it back after 14 days! They will give you fresh towels and extra toilet paper if you ask at reception. There is also a laundrette inside the hotel with washers and dryers . The room was small , couldn’t move around with the sofa bed set up. We had a dishwasher, full size fridge freezer and a hob in the room. Would have been handy having a microwave like other apart hotels and maybe an oven (not sure how you can call it self catering without an oven?) . The toilet was separate to the bathroom which was handy . Bathroom lacked storage space , no shelves to put toiletries , not even inside the shower. Our room felt freezing cold too even though it was hot outside and the AC was turned off so not sure if I’d want to stay in the winter

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location made getting to the Disney parks very easy, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful conveniences at the hotel. Breakfast was great, the laundry facilities were easy to use, and there was plenty of space in the common areas for our family to come together, relax, and enjoy some downtime. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone we encountered was genuinely kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The hotel itself was excellent, but it was the people who made us leave with su Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Tout était très propre, confortable et parfaitement entretenu. L’emplacement est idéal pour accéder facilement aux parcs Disney, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié toutes les commodités de l’hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, la laverie était facile à utiliser, et les espaces communs étaient spacieux et agréables, parfaits pour se retrouver en famille et se détendre. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour spécial, c’est le personnel. Toutes les personnes que nous avons rencontrées étaient chaleureuses, accueillantes et toujours prêtes à nous aider. L’hôtel était excellent, mais ce sont vraiment les personnes qui y travaillent qui ont fait toute la différence. Nous repartirons avec un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et nous reviendrions sans hésiter. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse !

L'hôtel est un appart hôtel bien équipé, neuf, hyper bien localisé. De plus il dispose d'un parking souterrain sécurisé avec charge pour véhicule électrique. Nous avions pris un 2 pièces. Il est bien agencé, les literies sont confortables et même si nous n'avions pas prévu d'utiliser la cuisine, c'est super pratique. ( Il y a aussi une laverie qui peut être super utile) Pour le reste nous avons enchaîné plusieurs désagréments (sans conséquence sur la qualité de notre séjour, mais quand même cela faisait beaucoup) : le lave vaisselle n'avait pas été lancé et vidé et le lit bébé demandé n'avait pas été installé. Cela n'était pas nécessaire d'être fait ailleurs donc nous avons juste demandé des pastilles de lave vaisselle pour faire nous même. On nous a donné par erreur des pastille de lave linge. Donc nous avons dû redescendre. Quant au parking, la carte d'accès s'est démagnétisé 3 fois et nous n'avions plus accès à la chambre. Quant au lit bébé, nous avons dû redemandé une 2 ème fois avant que cela soit réellement fait. Nous avons mis cela sous le coup du rodage comme l'hôtel est neuf. Malgré tout, nous reviendrons si nous avons l'occasion de revenir dans le coin.

Helt glimrende for det som det er. Det er rett å slett et hotel for de som skal i Disney Land eller shoppe på Val De Europe kjøpesenter. Gratis shuttlebuss til Disney og Gare de Chessy ( tog stasjonen ved disney) er super fordi det er langt å gå til Val de Europe tog stasjonen. Ingen brukbar terrasse, ingen sitteplass ute.
