Transportation, eating (many types of food, including Chinese food, Pizza Hut, subway, McDonald, Teco, Tax free products........) and washing are convenient. Overall, the living is very convenient and can save the living cost. Coffee and tea are provided in the public areas. We left a bracelet in the hotel after the checkout. When we found it missing, we called them and they kept it for us. We appreciate them for this event. However, the room space is small. The bath towel was not enough provided.

Disappointed

I clear my answer that this hotel is the worst one I never experience. At first, I have booked a twin bed room and pay more two times price (£133) than normal (£69) due to weekend special price. No doubt that you still can check the information, which demonstrates the room has double beds and size is about 15m^3. I really amaze while I enter a really small room might be only 9m^3, I immediately went to consult with lodge, they gave me some excuses and rejected my reasonable requirement, such as agency problem. Moreover, they told me all room is same size, but not! I lived in a small room, two single beds, no space can put the luggage. In fact, I observed a bigger room front of mine, it is real twin bed room which is about 15m^3. I am not a critical person at all, but we always believe and evaluate our budget to decide the hotel depending on the information you provided, so that I cannot accept this hotel has already broken the rule and gave me a attitude of irresponsible behavior. Otherwise, I think the room is clean and convenient to take public transportation respectively.

Unable to shower as shower room didn't drain (choked). The staff claimed that they did not have any tools to fix it (even a manual pump). Finally it was fixed in next day.

Nice Hotel to live

Nice and clean Hotel. Very convenient which is closed to the tube and have supermarkets near by. The price is reasonable. However, the hotel close to the pub. May little bit noisy at night.

The hotel "does the job" of a cheap night in London. The entrance is a hairdresser which is very confusing. The reception staff was clueless. They asked for ID saying they were keeping it. After a few questions, I understood he was not keeping it... There was no bodysoap in the room. The lights were on in the first room I got in so not great for the environment and it smelt of cigarette. We asked to change and the second room was fine. Well insulated noise wise which was appreciated. The mattress was comfortable.
