Hotel en centre ville. pres des commerces.

Je suis arrivée tard dans la nuit. Il a y a un veilleur de nuit très accuillant. L'hôtel est en centre ville historique, pres des quartier commercial. Il faut faire attention car plein gens. Le personnel est au top du top. très tres attentifs et sympa. Ils m'ont aidés ennormement. Je recommande l'hôtel, pour son prix, sa position et surtout la gentillaise du personnel. Le petit dejeuner rese correcte, pour le prix de la chambre. Les chambres sont enormes, on peut cucher une famille entiere !!! Il y a le stricte necessaire. Il est dommage, car il est villeiux et necessite un coup de nouvelle peinture. Mais a ce prix là est tres tres competitif. je recommande de ne pas trainer le soir dehors. Il y a plein sans abris au tour de l'hotel. je recommande aussi a faire attention dans la rue a son sac, telephone ou camera photo. Comme partout dans le monde d'ailleurs.

La ubicación está comprometida; se encuentra en la zona roja de la ciudad, el edifico está muy deteriorado, además la "limpieza" es básica por lo que hay suciedad acumulada. El personal de recepción siempre atento y amable pero algunod los de cocina poco atentos.

Excellent Location Near Everything

At the moment I have arrived it was late arrival and I have found nothing but excellent staff and amazing customer service provided by the front desk personal. The building was a little dated, but the rooms apparently were updated, greatly spacious, excellent cleanness and comfortable. Every day breakfast was more than I was expecting for what I really paid for my time at the hotel. Hotel is close to everything in downtown Cali and especially close to MIO the public transit ground transportation that ride you to every corner of the city. I was really impressed with how all the staff were so friendly, answered all the question I had and helped me with the most minuscule request. When come back to Cali Colombia I honestly will stay there again

Old, everything is very old

The bathroom is very small. The silicon of the shower door are as dirty as it can be. The windows crystal are broken. The beds mattress are hard as the floor and I try 3 diferentes beds. There's not food at 6:00am as they said in the promotion. Saturday, there's was no water. The staff is very good and they do the best with what they have on hand.

The hotel is old but maintained. The people are friendly. I loved being two blocks from the Mio transit system from which you can get to just about any point in the city.

Photo of hotel is inaccurate and cockroaches!!!

Booked it for 3 nights but on arrival I left the moment they brought us to room. Tons of cockcroaches! Bed is broken down, and dirty bathroom! I didn't even bother to want to get a refund. And picture displayed above is inaccurate. It's not the hotel!

El personal es muy amable, pero el desayuno incluido es solo café y pan. Está exactamente en el centro por lo que está llena de com ricos y en las noches la zona es muy solitaria. Las habitaciones son amplias pero no muy limpio. No hay aire acondicionado, solo proporcionan ventiladores

Close to the Mio bus stations, a plus

Royal Plaza is an older hotel and it was cheap, so you expect some inconveniences. The staff was friendly and did their best to resolve all issues. I have been to Cali many times and for the first time used the Mio bus often. The hotel is just over a block from the La Ermita station and a few blocks more from the San Pedro station, a real plus. I also liked that a Western Union was next door and a Titan bank across the plaza for changing money at good rates (the Titan had the best rates).

El día que llegamos a hospedarnos nos encontramos con la sorpresa que la reserva que se había efectuado no la tomaron en cuenta y nos toco ir a buscar hotel. No pudimos hospedarnos allí.
