Clean enough room, staff was a little abrasive and not very helpful… unsafe is an understatement. Left room for about 3 minutes to get the Wi-Fi password from the front desk, went back into the room and all of the drawers were opened and nightstands pushed away from the wal

The lady at the front desk booked me into a room, handed me the key.. As we walk in there was another persons personal items on the bed.. I walk out and tell her what happened. She walked away for a few minutes the handed me back the key and proceeded to say the room is all good now. Not only is that beyond unsanitary, but the lack of knowledge as to what customers are aware was the worst part because what if somebody walked in on me, I then told her I would not be going back into the same room and she told me I can get another room with two beds, but will be charged more…. I then asked for a refund for evil night and a male came up to the window and said I should get a refund in a few days if not call Expedia…. The absolute worst and unsanitary experience I have ever had and I will never be going back there. Nobody should ever go there either, and I still have not received my refund to add on top of this. Worst Valentine’s Day ever.

Worst place i have ever stayed, bad customer service took for ever. Room 118 was dirty the toilet had urine all over and a cigarrete inside of toilet. The towels were stained with feces, went to tell the manager who send me to room 104 housekeeping who never opened the door until manager went and knock to housekeeper named Carlos who got mad for the towels request , i said we just got the room and dirty towels. The TV was broken supposedly by previous customer but they said they charged customer for the tv but never put a new tv in the room. The heater wasnt working properly just like a regular fan but no heat so i rather turn it off and was cold all night . The two pillows were so small and thin that not even folding them work. Wen leaving the place , went to reception ring the bell and nobody came out so i left the card in the slot and left. Two hours 30 mins later i checked my bank account and they charged me an extra 25 dollars . Worst place ever will never booked in this place again.
