5 star Excellence!

Boardwalk Plaza in Rehoboth beach is first rate across the board! Everyone is so friendly. It is kept immaculately clean! And all the employees from the hosts to the room attendants seem so happy to be there which tells me they must be treated very well as employees. The breakfast and dinner we enjoyed while there at Victoria’s was all perfectly prepared, agreed by all 4 in our dining party. This is without a doubt a hotel that upholds the highest of standards and it shows in every way!

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Rehoboth over the years and this was by FAR the nicest experience we’ve had. Our room was spacious and comfortable, I loved the balcony view, the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful, the spa pool was gorgeous, and we loved interacting with the birds! Will definitely be back!!!

The hotel was very clean. The service was excellent. The only thing I would change is when you’re checking out you have the housekeeping waiting outside your door couple hours before check out is due. The housekeeping should wait somewhere else until you leave the room

Boardwalk Plaza Hotel is the best!

This place is the best! This was our third time and everytime we are so pleased with it! The rooms are always perfect and clean! And the service you recieve from the staff is always so helpful and pleasant. The restaurant always serves up some delicious dinner and breakfast is always great as well! They really do go that extra mile! And the birds in the lobby, dont forget to say hi to them, they are the sweetest. Over all the Boardwalk Plaza Hotel is a 10 and will be the best hotel stay you ever have!

We were impressed with Gus. He was very friendly and went out of his way to help us. We didn't like the towels in the room. They were rough, and could've used some fabric softener.

Bed was poor. Old furniture and countertop has burn marks and discoloration indicating needs replacement. For the rate that we paid, the facility needs upgraded. At Victoria’s we were told that you couldn’t get a burger for dinner unless you went to the pub. I had others that wanted to eat at Victoria? Also, I saw advertised a hotdog? I was at the pool area and I couldn’t get hotdog because it was the pub.? That’s ridiculous when it’s apparently the same kitchen.

Wonderful experience, great location
