Fantastic stay! Super clean and modern. I only stayed for an overnight to see a concert but it was set up for a long stay with fully furnished plus a washer dryer.

The parking was a nightmare had to move my car twice in a 24 hour. Period but the place itself was perfect.

Quarto impecável, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Cozinha completa com diversos utensilios novos. Bem espaçoso e ótimo para descansar. Se tivermos a oportunidade voltaremos outras vezes com certeza.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Very clean rooms. The walk to the hockey game was a short, easy walk. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay! Room was very futuristic with the lifting bed. Was also nice having all the amenities of a regular house.

We loved our stay at Mint House Tampa! Our cozy little suite was wonderfully clean, with a small but full kitchen, balconies, and windows overlooking the city. The location was the perfect balance: quiet and tucked along the edge of downtown, yet five minutes or less by car to Channelside and downtown Tampa. We felt close to everything while still having a peaceful place to unwind. The amenities were another highlight, especially the nice gym and third-floor pool, which was about three-quarters covered. A clean, comfortable stay with city views and easy access to everything. We would happily stay again!

Very loud right next to the expressway absolutely no view just traffic and noise. Additionally, there is no parking so you have to find locations around Tampa. We spent over $70 parking with just a one night stay. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and well-maintained.

Great place to stay for myself and family with kitchen and pool! Parking downtown was a little tricky but we figured it out. Definitely recommend!

Very clean, great kitchen/cooking area, didn’t use the pool but had a great pool area. Good size bathroom. Even though was a virtual check in. The staff on sight were very helpful. Once we figured out where to go & what to do it was very simple. Short walk to the Benchmark Arena for our game. Great stay!!!!

The hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The issue I had was checking in. It took 3 days for the hotel to correct the software glitch and check me in. Thank god I attempted to complete the check in process a week before my stay instead of after arriving in the city or I would have been sleeping on the street.
