Great spot between downtown and Channelside/Waterstreet. Walkable to each, and also to Benchmark and the convention center. Check-in is virtual, and virtual support was very engaged and checked in regularly. Room was spacious, and comes with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Nice gym and pool.

Great spot for our night in town. Very cute and clean. Little extras like the water, snacks and local(ish) coffee is an above and beyond touch I always appreciate! Had everything you need to make that coffee or tea in the am. Having a full kitchen is a plus! Bed was comfy and felt like a nice area. We walked to The Yard House right down the road. Would stay again.

This was my first time staying in the area and my stay was so much more than I had hoped for that I am currently seeking permanent residency there. The location, the view, the ability to walk to all of the attractions and necessities was by far unbelievable. Beautiful property, great staff. Location and appeal of the entire atmosphere was by far the best I've ver experienced. I recommend the Mint House to anyone looking for the full Tampa experience. Absolutely breath taking.
