This is an “unattended” property. More like staying in an Air B&B rather than a hotel It was nice and clean. Well located. When they say check in at 4:00 don’t even be a minute early. We got our front door and room code right at four. On street parking was ok. Nice to have a Kroger at the end of the block. Solid good here but I prefer a traditional hotel.

Kitchen was well equipped, was handy that a full grocery store was a block away. We had no problem parking, not sure what it would be like at full capacity. Lovely small balcony was a nice addition. Have recommended it already to friends and would stay again.

Rent och fräscht samt rymligt rum. Ligger nära en stor supermarket (mycket kort gångavstånd) smidigt laga egen frukost på rummet och äta på innergården. Tar 30 minuter att gå till downtown/broadway. Smidigt att ta uber till downtown mellan 7-17 dollar beroende på tidpunkt. Sov mycket gott här!

Customer Service was awful. No one to contact when you needed someone. There are no drawers or dressers in any of the rooms. Could not put clothes away….very strange. Had closets with hardly any hangers. Very disappointed to say the least!

This was my very 1st time staying here, and when I say that I am impressed, I am impressed!!! Although it was for one night, it was the best 1 night spent!! Had a slight issue w/the blind by the balcony, and the onsite maintenance was quick, and rectified the problem. He was super professional and jovial! I will definitely be back!!!

I love the self check in and self guided experience! Each room has a balcony and the location is ideal! This is my 3rd time staying here within the last 3 weeks and the price is always affordable. The rooms are modern and clean, and I look forward to having friends and family experience The Soundry as guests as my partner and I relocate to Nashville this summer.

The room had everything we needed plus a great outdoor place to hang out and play some games. The online check in and hotel service is the only thing I didn’t love but they were very responsive when we had an issue with our key pad code.

Accessing the property was efficient and easy. I enjoyed the quietness. The room was cozy and clean but the bed was so uncomfortable- too firm. This was my second time staying here. There were nearby restaurants and a Kroger about 5 minute walking distance. I would stay again.

Checkin was confusing with limited communication. I received an email stating I could sign up for early checkin using a link, when I clicked the link, it just took me to the main Soundry page that has information on parking, wifi, etc. I called the number on hotels.com, and it was an inactive number. I found a different number, and it rang a few times then stopped. I eventually got ahold of their 24/7 customer service and inquired about checkin because it was 2 days prior and I had not received instruction, a code, etc and asked about early checkin. I was then told they were completely booked and couldn't do early check-in, which was frustrating because I received an email stating this was an option. I still did not receive any checkin code until exactly 4pm, after calling a third time. When I got to my room it was ready, which leads me to believe I could have gotten a text early but only received it because I followed up several times. The room and amenities were fine but do not expect to have access to unit early because even if it is ready, it does not appear they contact you.
