Amazing clean rooms, the AC kept the room cool during the heat wave and we loved the convenience of being a 5 minute walk from kroger. Good sized fridge, plenty of cooking utensils, and a stovetop made mealtimes easy. Even having a drip coffee and espresso machine made for nice mornings on the patio. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Amazing space for the price

Phenomenal location to stay at for anyone visiting Nashville. Literally, you’re 1.3 miles from the center of downtown. It was nice to wind down at the end of the night on my balcony, looking at Nashvilles skyline. Stayed three nights, and every night the area was quiet. Plus, there are numerous of pub/restaurants within walking distance. The next time I’m in Nashville, will stay again. Highly recommend.

Room looked very clean when we entered. Our walking around the room our feet became dirty. Dirty enough to see the foot prints of dirt on the shower floor. The carpet in the hallway was stained in many places. And it smelled bad. There was a wet spot on the left bed. Parking was easy. The kitchen was clean.

Short walk to Farmers market & great dining in Germantown. Only a 30 minute walk over to Broadway. Loved the outdoor games including pickleball and corn hall. Easy check in and comfy rooms.
