The hotel is beautiful and clean, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My ONLY complaint - very low water pressure in the shower. Parking was easy - plenty of street space, its not a very busy area.

The room was clean, but yeah, the staff was absent. The balcony was good. The parking was on street. We were surprised that there was no carpet on the floor in the room. However, it was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. The location was convenient to Vanderbilt where we had to go, it was also nice to pick up groceries about a block away at Kroger and to cook our own meals because the restaurants were quite a ways away.
