Room was clean and close to everything. We walked everywhere except for our hike is RMNP and dinner at Rock Inn. Used the hot tub every night. Easy check in and out. We’d definitely stay there again.

Great hotel! Walking distance to downtown shops/restaurants. The grounds are so pretty with swings, fire pits, Adirondack chairs, etc. Our room was very nice and had a lot of space.

The location was excellent. Able to walk downtown in less than 2 minutes. Games on the lawn. Elk visited frequently on the lawn. Fire pit with the makings for s’mores. Staff extremely friendly. Made new friends around fire pit each night.

We had a wonderful time! Grounds and room were very well maintained. The hot tub had a wall around it giving it privacy. Great firepit out front with chairs to relax in the evening. Within walking distance to downtown. RMNP within 15 minutes. Great location! Staff was delightful and attentive to needs. Highly recommend!

4/10 Fair

On the positive side the room was clean and it was close to downtown Estes Park.
The room we had was terrible. It had no AC and only a ceiling fan. You could not open the door or the window to get cool air during the night since the room was barely 10 feet from the main road.
The main room was so tiny that the bed and the big TV screen were taking all the place. No real chairs, just poufs and stools. No cupboard to put away clothing. No real table to eat or work on.
The kitchen was a disaster waiting to happen: the faucet was stuck and could not be moved; there was a microwave oven on top of the fridge that was going to fall down any minute. That oven was also preventing to open the cupboard behind. There was a gas stove that looked like a fire hazard... we did not even try to use it.. it looked so old.
In general it felt like the owners were "cheap" and trying to take advantage by "overselling" the property. I would recommend that they redo the room or convert it to a storage room.
We got a message on the day we were checking in, that we had been moved to a "more modern room"... I wonder what that was all about !
By the way, we left one day early, but there was never a move by the owner to give us back the money we paid for that one night.
If you go there, make sure to avoid getting that old and tiny room next to the road!
