We had a very disappointing stay at Aura Eco Stay. We had informed them well in advance that we would be arriving late at night, yet no arrangements were made for our check-in. When we reached, the front desk staff didn’t even know about our booking, and to make things worse, the kitchen was closed with no support provided for food.
The receptionist was extremely rude and arrogant, and her attitude made the situation even worse. Instead of helping tired guests arriving late, she was defensive and ready to argue. Hospitality was completely missing.
For the price they charge, we expected professionalism and basic courtesy, but what we experienced was zero customer service and rude behavior from the staff. Overall a bad place to stay — absolutely not worth the money or stress.
