I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Nusa Dua. The staff were genuinely helpful and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the breakfast spread was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Stayed 14 days.Beach is a few minute walk.Breakfast was okay.Like the coffee machine seem to have issues all the time.It seems like they share the beach area with Conrad and it was not excessable a lot because Conrad had events. Also this beach area is right in the corner and not well maintained."The hotel itself is great and very helpful staff". No ocean view from the hotel.

Beautiful place and very clean—definitely feels like a newer hotel. The buffet was okay, and the staff were polite, but they could be more knowledgeable about the surrounding area, which is important for international visitors. The bed, though… super hard, felt like sleeping on a table.

Check in was a mess. Staff seems to not know how or it was very disorganized. Long wait and people just jump on queue and staff didn’t bother to do anything. I don’t think I’m going back there.
