The place seems newly renovated. Very modern and stylish yet maintained the Cape charm. We were welcomed by Greg Knapp, the Owner. Greg is very nice, friendly, and resourceful. He recommended some nearby restaurants that we truly enjoyed. The breakfast was quite minimal but the muffins were lovely. We would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again!

Cute boutique roadside motel from the bygone era. Greg has upgraded and maintained the motel so nicely. Extra touches in the room like a personalized welcome note and a chocolate treat are an extra touch that make you feel like your business is appreciated. Greg personally walks you to your room to make sure you are happy with your selection. The room is quite large and for the hotel being near the road, it was very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens and towels were crisp and fresh. The grounds were beautiful with all of the nicely maintained flowers. The coffee and breakfast muffins and coffee cake in the morning are enough to get you started. There are afternoon cookies and lemonade while you lounge by the pool. You can tell Greg has put a lot of care and attention into his motel. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again during my next visit to the Cape.

Greg was fabulous on check-in. We also had a sweet note in our room with a small box of chocolates. The property is getting ready for peak season and the mulch was being replenished. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn't stick around to enjoy local pastries for breakfast but our next destination was calling. It was close to great restaurants. Thank you for a delightful stay!
