The only advantage is that it is quiet at night. We do not recommend the hotel for the following reasons. First, the manager, an approximately 60-year-old man is friendly but refuses any requests with good reasons. First, we asked for adoptor to charge our camera but he refused by saying thatanother guest has borrowed it, not asking which adoptor we want. When we asked the approximately 30-year-old man who is on night shift, he let us choose from a number of adoptors. Another example is that the hotel promises free airport transfer for guests staying for two or more nights. When we requested airport transfer at check out, the manager replied by saying that his car has been damaged. Shortly after this, we saw the hotel shuttle bus, with the hotel name clearly printed on the bus body, sent a few guests for check-in. Of course, we had to pay for the taxi to the airport. Although we got a motorbike to visit the island, we feel that it is of at least 30 minutes walking from Fira city center to the hotel. Given the cost of tansfer to and from Fira center or airport, tourists can easily find a hotel of similar price around the city center. Moreover, the Wi-Fi connection was terribly weak at night and was nornal in the morning. The bed was large but the bed room was too small. One cannot turn in the shower area.
