As always, the hotel maintains its excellent standards. Its location is unbeatable, with easy access to both the JR station and Hokkaido University. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. This is a hotel that never disappoints, and I always enjoy my stay here.

A nice room. Clean and comfortable. The toilet is by itself in a very narrow little room, which can be an issue if you're larger or have mobility problems. The hotel is about three blocks from the station, so it's convenient.

Room was clean and the mattress and pillows were more comfortable than we expected. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We extended our check out time and that process was very easy as well. Would stay here again.

The hotel has many wonderful little touches, like the afternoon cookies and the ReFa showerhead. The only thing that wasn’t very comfortable was the mattress. The mattress wasn’t too firm, but just wasn’t comfortable, and we didn’t sleep well at night. Everything else was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.
