Very frugal on the towels and even when we asked for our room to be refreshed, all they did was empty the trash and give 2 new towels. But for the price it was better than expected.

This hotel was a very enjoyable experience. Very helpful staff, nice and clean rooms, great breakfast. The location was amazing: we could walk to the Tower of London, the Thames, or Borough market quite easily. Very close to the Monument Tube station, too.
