I had a wonderful first experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful; when I encountered a minor issue in my room, they resolved it within minutes. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent, and the location is perfect, with the London Eye and the Aquarium just two blocks away. Everything in the vicinity was easily accessible by walking. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Breakfast was good room was ok but I was having a rest at 3pm in the afternoon and while trying to rest the maid in the room next door was talking so loud on her phone and it was on speaker phone so I could hear the whole conversation I went down stairs to complain but didn’t hear anything else about it would have been nice to know it would have been fixed. There are signs around to say be quite so others don’t hear you but your staff are speaking very loud on the phone when they should be just working

Aunque los cuartos son pequeños, como en todo Londres, la ubicación es maravillosa!!! Y no es tan caro como todos los hoteles de esta zona, ideal para dejar las cosas y salir todo el dia a conocer Londres.
