we very much enjoyed our stay. The room was good very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and we ate there each morning. There are 22 options, continental and full english. Both were good. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was very quiet in our room. It's a very cnnvenient location and lots of amenities nearby. Many theatres within close walking distance. I would recommend this hotel.

A localização do hotel não poderia ser melhor: fizemos boa parte do roteiro de primeira viagem a Londres a pé. Apesar de ficar numa área extremamente movimentada, o quarto era muito silencioso (janelas com proteção acústica). Outro ponto de destaque foi a equipe, com especial agradecimento à Natasha na recepção, que verdadeiramente nos acolheu desde o primeiro momento no hotel, e à Maria no restaurante, uma brasileira que transformou nossos cafés da manhã em eventos muito agradáveis.

Este hotel precisa URGENTEMENTE se adaptar à nova realidade do planeta! Minha estadia foi TERRÍVEL! Passei 4 noites SOFRENDO COM UM CALOR ABSURDO NO QUARTO, porque as janelas são lacradas e o ar condicionado não refrigera o quarto, apenas circula o ar ambiente. FIQUEI 4 LONGAS NOITES SEM DORMIR! Pedi para trocar de quarto e fui mal atendida pela recepcionista, que se recusou a atender meu pedido e disse que poderia apenas me emprestar um ventilador. PAGUEI POR UM QUARTO MAIS CARO PARA TER MAIS CONFORTO E NÃO ADIANTOU NADA! A recepcionista ainda me tratou mal, me dizendo para "não mexer nos controles do ar condicionado". MAS QUE ABSURDO! E QUE GROSSERIA! Ficar sem dormir inclusive comprometeu minha viagem, porque eu ficava exausta e não tinha energia para fazer os passeios. E NEM TENTEM ME MANDAR RESPOSTA COM JUSTIFICATIVAS INÚTEIS. Recomendo fortemente a quem estiver lendo essa avaliação que procure outro hotel. Existem hospedagens muito melhores do que essa!

The room is a decent size for central London. The bathroom smelled like mold, and I sprayed air freshener constantly. Otherwise, it's a very basic room. Elevators, lights, and everything else worked. Surprisingly quiet given the location. Excellent location, steps away from Chinatown and all the theaters.

Location was great. Carpet in the room appeared ready for a good cleaning or replacement (it would be OK to have a decent grade vinyl plank flooring instead). The nightly room price varies day to day, but overall for the six days it was reasonable compared to some of the other closeby hotel. We chose the add-on breakfast buffet option, which turned out to be a good choice.

Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Great location with the underground and some bus stops only a few minutes away, as well as shopping opportunities and restaurants. None of the noise from the busy city makes it to the room, as the windows are filtering it all out. Beds are decently firm from my experience. Would recommend!
