El desayuno estaba bien (huevos revueltos,fritos,bacon,salchichas,morcilla) algo de bolleria, tostadas, zumo, cafe, infusiones. El personal muy amable y servicial. Nos falto informacion por parte de Hoteles.com y nos costo hacer el checking pero al final se consiguio. Habitaciones muy silenciosas y el unico inconveniente es que la bañera estaba muy alta. Usb en las habitaciones por lo que no hacia falta adaptador. Bien ubicado cerca del metro y accesible. Al lado un centro comercial y muchas tiendas.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It’s officially a 3-star hotel, but it’s better than some 4-star ones I’ve stayed in. It just got the basics right. Clean, well lighted (none of that moody, ultra dim rooms) and the inclusive breakfast is handy. The location is great, near Angel station, well connected by bus and lots of eating options around. I do wish that it has an in-house laundry, but not many hotels in London has that anyway.

No writing desk, no fridge, no safe, no easy chairs in the room. The restaurant could no offer coffee during 3 days. Breakfest very modest and looked like left overs from yesterday.

Mess on the bathroom floor was never cleaned up despite daily room service. No toilet paper in the toilets by the breakfast lounge at 9.00am. Had to ask for some ro be added.

The location of the hotel is great! Right in the middle of Angel and Islington and close to all different types of shops and restaurants, as well as being less than a 5 minute walk from the Angel tube station. The hotel itself is located on a quiet street, but steps away from the main street. I personally felt that the hotel was overpriced for what you received, (basic) and that for a few more dollars, you’d be better staying at a nicer hotel (The Hilton) located across the street. We also had an issue with our room. We had reserved a room with three beds, a double and two twins, but upon checkin were told that they didn’t have any rooms like that, even though I showed the manager the picture of the room I had reserved on their own website with the three beds. Subsequently, we did not receive the room I had reserved and paid for ahead of time.
