This was the most wonderful little boutique! We wished we could have stayed more days. The room was divine, amenities inside the room incredibly thoughtful. Cook to order breakfast was absolutely lovely. Make friends with the little dog Lola- she's the cutest!

Such a warm welcome , the complimentary breakfast , all the extras in our room. They even did our laundry . Going above and beyond.
We had the most amazing room , be prepared for the quirky character of this hotel .

We had the red chapel room with beautiful leadlight windows, view over the city. We came to admire historic architecture and just loved our room, the reason for choosing Dunedin House, an interesting hotel to stay in. Staff were friendly and helpful. A short walk past magnificent buildings to restaurant district.

Where do we start! Our entire stay from start to finish was exceptional. Dunedin House is stunning and has so many gorgeous trinkets to look at from the art on the walls to the decor in the pool room and the rooms themselves. So much thought has gone into every detail. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the breakfast which is included is absolutely delicious and Lola the dog is such a cute addition to the team who are all so welcoming. The free carpark and the snacks were a lovely bonus. We cannot recommend Dunedin House enough - book you won’t regret it! Thank you Darryn & Lianne
