Had an awkward schlep of my bags up 5 narrow flights. Awkward neighbor blocking us from walking up and muttering odd things to us. Once you get to the very top floor, there is a handicap lift blocking access to the final landing. Got to our room was not as the photos represented and much smaller. Our coffee in the morning at breakfast was cold. Was worth 1/4 of the value of the high price we paid for this room. I don’t often leave reviews, but the experience was so poor. I felt compelled to.
