Stayed 7 nights at the silver apartments, it's a I want to start with the positives first; the place is really really nicely laid out very clean all around and you aircondition works perfect all around the house it was very clean when we entered the apartment,the reception and the staff was very attentive and helpful the beach swimming pool and the bar was excellent.we didn't get to eat anything in either restaurants so I can not say anything about the food. Now the negatives; 530 in the evening check in was so bad for us everybody was very tired and we arrived around 2 pm and the apartment wasn't ready, The apartment lacks of equipment,no kettle or proper coffee machine apart from a little one,we didn't cook apart from breakfast but still it could be better, electricity is funny if you use too many electrical devices at the same time it trips the main board, our bed s were not made we had to make our beds sheets pillow covers left on the bed for us I have never seen that before and I traveled a lot in my life, we got a parking ticket because even though you're in the hotel area some parking spots belong to local government, it's so strange and off putting,car parking is a big problem when the hotel is busy.the apartments need an upgrade. Overall it's ok place for families definitely not for couples.it needs work.

Bei der Buchung von Silver-Apartment gibt es keine Reinigung, kein Wechsel der Bettwäsche und keine frischen Handtücher. Für 2000 Euro für 10 Tage kann das Hotel das wohl zumindest alle 2-3 Tage leisten. Strand ist super, die Liegen und Schirme konnten wir kostenfrei nutzen, klares Wasser und feines Sand, einfach herrlich. Hotelrestaurant ist überteuert und Pizza hat uns da leider nicht geschmeckt. Kinder- und Abendanimation findet nur auf italienisch statt.

Detta var en mycket, mycket bra semesteranläggning! Rena och fina lägenheter, trevlig personal och fint beläget nära havet. Möjligen är reglerna i poolen något hårda (man får inte kasta bollar eller hoppa i vattnet), kanske hade man kunnat önska sig vinglas på rummen men annars har jag verkligen inget att klaga på.

Allgemein ist eine gute Unterkunft. Wir waren zufrieden. Ohne Auto ist nicht empfehlen. Zwei Sachen haben uns gestört. Jeden Abend sehr lauter Musik an der Bar bis spät Abends. Und jeden Tag bekommt man neue Badetücher. Ich finde es total unnötig.Schade für den Wasserverbrauch beim Waschen. Alle 3-4 Tage wäre genügen. Wenn man bucht alles gut durchlesen was im Zimmer dabei ist. Jede Zimmer hat andere angebot im Preis inbegriffen. Sonst kostet extra. (Klimaanlage, Sonnenliegen, Küche usw.)

Ohne Klimaanlage geht im August nicht, da helfen auch keine Bäume! WLAN gab es nicht wirklich (nur beim Frühstücksraum) und selbst das www-Internet war bei uns im Appartement nicht erreichbar. Schade. Strand super und sehr nahe. Gut auch für Kinder. Kinderanimation super, sehr offen, freundlich und extrem motivierend. Ein Höhepunkt für unsere Tochter. Die Kommunikation (nicht die Sprachlich) war aus meiner Sicht das Hauptproblem. Es gab keinerlei schriftliche Informationen zu den Angeboten der Anlage oder der Umgebung. Man musste alles einzeln erfragen oder erfuhr es durch andere Urlauber. (lässt sich von der Rezeption sicher leicht ändern). Auch die vorherige Kommunikation via Email war nicht einfach und wurde mit Spamproblemen begründet, aber nicht gelöst. Leider gab es kein Abendessen /Halbpension, was den Urlaub etwas verteuerte. Gerne hätten wir auch einen kleinen Tisch im Appartement gehabt (Platz hätte es), da man zB. mittags nicht gerne in der Sonne isst. Den fehlenden Fön, Putzmaterialien... haben wir uns im Supermarkt erstanden. Ohne Auto ist die Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen, da der Supermarkt oder andere Lokale zu weit entfernt sind und andere Strände (zB. bei zu hohen Wellen) anders schwer erreichbar sind.

Die Bewertung ist für ein Goldapartment mit Balkon Zimmer 8 A mit direktem Waldparkplatz wenn gewünscht. Goldapartment würde Ich wegen der Klimaanlage immer buchen ! Ich hatte ein sehr großes Apartment und grossen Balkon mit Stühlen und Tisch. Auf meiner Seite war Ich im Schatten und die Pinien reichten bis auf den Balkon. Für mich perfekt, ist mir lieber als in der prallen Sonne zu sitzen. Es gibt aber für jeden Wunsch das passende Apartment. Küchenzeile hat sehr grossen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. In der Küche fehlte mir neben einem Toaster eine Kaffeemaschine für den start in den Tag. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und ist im Reihenhausstil maximal 2 Stockwerke hoch mit eigenem Eingang in jede Wohnung. Es gibt einen grossen Pool und einen Kinderpool. In der Nebensaison waren Kinderbetreuung und auch Frühstück nicht mehr im Programm. Der Strand ist direkt vor dem Hotel und so gross das jeder einen Platz finden wird. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfreich. Großes Manko ist Internet. Frei ist es nur in der Lobby. In den Goldapartments gibts Internet ist aber so flott wie zu der Zeit als man noch ein Modem zum einwählen nutze. Maximal ! Zum Essen gibt es auf dem Gelände ein prima Restaurant. Da man hier sicher nicht ohne Auto Urlaub macht ist der Ort Valledoria auch maximal 5 Minuten weg und dort gibt es umfangreiche Shopping und Restaurant Angebote.

Insgesamt wunderbare Anlage mit schickem Pool, eigenem und sauberem Strand und die Kids hatten viiiel Spaß! :-) Negativ: Küche in der Wohnung war nicht sonderlich gut ausgestattet und das Schlafsofa ist definitiv nur für kleinere Kinder geeignet.

Very close to the beach which is excellent. Great resort, pool, evening entertainment for the children was great too. Clean apartment. Pizzeria great for pizzas but our eat in meal was not as good as we hoped for. Really super resort in general, the reception staff couldn't have more helpful. Valledoria is average but we had a car to explore so that was fine. Yes, good choice, good value for money.

Good choice for family vacation.

Very nice place for a family holidays. We went with 3 children. There was enough space for all of us: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with sofa, small kitchen and dining room. Shower in one of bathrooms was extremely small (not enough space for an adult) but for kids it was ok. Actually we didn't expect that much for that small money that we payed for 5 people. Everything was freshly renovated, garden well maintained. Kitchen equiped with everything you need to cook. The only thing that you should think of is to bring your own haidryer since it's not included. We came there in low season so there were no animations/music/etc. but as far as we know, it starts on 15th June. Swimming pools were clean, safe and different sizes for children and for adults. Hotek is very close to the sea and hudge beach. It is close to a very small village where you can do shopping in a supermarket. It's better to have your own car there (free parking is included in price). Rooms aren't cleaned during your stay-for us it wasn't a problem. Instead you get a very good price for your holidays. Stuff was friendly and helpful. In my opinion-this was a very good choice and I would recommend it to other.

soggiorno di 6gg

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo hotel nulla da dire sulla cortesia del personale ma purtroppo siamo incappati in regole poco razionali sulla gestione di area colazione , in quanto ci viene chiesto di far pagare anche una bambina di 11 mesi che ovviamente non mangia nulla o veramente poco, la cifra richiesta è di 6 euro al giorno per la bimba solo per accedere all'area colazione pagando già 12 euro a testa per i genitori nulla da fare le regole sono uguali per tutti dopo tre giorni che ci viene rinfacciato decidiamo di spostarci altrove per la colazione visto che sembrava quasi che ci veniva fatto un favore a far accedere la bimba all'area colazioni! Tristissimo non ci torneremo mai più visto la stupidità di questa gestione

A nice stay at The hotel woth a very nice beach and pool. A good restaurant to eat dinner at. Slim lunch possibilities. If aircondition is a must - double check what rom you have because not all room has one. Very Happy with the stay:)
