Beautiful Hotel, Excellent Facilities and Friendly Staff I had a lovely one-night stay at Aloft Hotel. The hotel was beautiful, and the facilities were excellent, well maintained, and in great condition. The room was clean overall, although I noticed a tiny bit of something that may have been left behind by a previous guest. Aside from this minor issue, everything was very good. The staff were especially friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the high standards at the Aloft. It was so well maintained that it looked almost brand new. My room on the 5th floor was spotless. I had the opportunity to use the pool which was light-filled and peaceful. There is a DLR station right next door which made getting around London very easy.

Stayed here as I was attending a trade show at the Excel. Hotel location is super convenient with lift to 2nd floor, walk out and Excel is just in front. Apart from that, there is really nothing much in the area. Have to take a DLR for one stop to connect to the Elizabeth line if you do not want to walk too much. Food option is not fantastic too. Advice is to stay here only if you are attending trade show in Excel. Otherwise, everything in the hotel is good. Clean rooms.

I have been using the Aloft for years, as it's my go to hotel whenever I am that side of London visiting. It has everything you could want and more. As somebody with a disability the staff always did there best to help out when they could. The pool is amazing as are all the other facilities.

Stayed for one night for an event next door. We were upgraded in our room. Staff were friendly. Only negative is that we did try to call the hotel in our check in day to only see if our room was available before 3pm check-in. Unfortunately there was no answer at reception after few tries.

Here on a 1 night visit to watch a show at Canary Wharf with 2 kids 13 and 10. First impression quite impressive. Lots of stuff going on for the kids during Oct half term and free pool table/table football was a bonus. Staff were helpful. Family room was 2 double beds which was a selling point rather than an uncomfortable pull out sofa bed. Room was decent size but wasn't as clean as expected. Very dusty on all surfaces. No bin in the bathroom area. If you needed to put the toilet light on for the loo in the night it would wake everyone as there was a glass panel from the bathroom straight into the bedroom area. Swimming facilities were average and changing rooms were disappointing. 3 cubicles. One didn't close at all and one didn't lock. Needs attention. Breakfast was good but very busy and under staffed. Overall, not a terrible stay but room for improvement.
