Staff was friendly, limited English but nothing that translate apps can't help with. Good to have laundry machine, dryer and steamer. Also breakfast buffet was good. Close to many shops and food. It was a little bit far from the main touristy things (e.g. Canton Tower, Beijing Road - 30-45 mins in Didi but the Didi is so cheap so it was fine) but I believe its close to the Canton Fair Complex. Would stay again .

“Exceptional value – spacious, clean rooms, warm service, and a prime location at a very fair price. The little touches like daily breakfast and Free laundry were an added bunny’ bonus. One of the best stays we’ve had in China…we loved the shopping in Guangzhou“.

10/10 for everything from staff servicers to the right location easy access to restaurants and transportation. The room was a perfect fit for us and it was very neat & clean. We truly enjoyed our stay with Echarm and always felt safe in our area.

Ótimo atendimento, quarto muito bom. Não tem frigobar no quarto e a localização é boa, mas fica um pouco longe da estação de metrô. Valeu pelo preço.

The room was clean and spacious but smelled of cigarette smoke. The area around the hotel was busy with excellent shopping and quiet at night. Easy access to taxis. Metro was some distance.

The level of service and personal attention at this hotel went far beyond expectations. The staff handled every situation with patience, professionalism, and genuine care, which is rare to encounter. During an unexpected health issue, the hotel showed flexibility and compassion that stood out even more than the comfort of the facilities. Policies were approached with understanding, and the staff prioritized the guest’s well-being. That kind of consideration is not something travelers forget. For my upcoming trip in April 2026, I originally planned to divide my time between Guangzhou and Shenzhen and stay at different hotels. After this great experience, I decided its better to stay here. I will stay here and use the high-speed train for meetings instead of moving to another property. This is a place that will be recommended to friends and colleagues, and future visits to China will include a longer stay here.
