Good location, however rooms were very small and quite dusty. We booked especially for the rooftop breakfast however this was extremely poor. The hours are 7.45-10.30am we went at 8.30am and not a lot on offer and was not refilled, I had plain bread with butter. We had coffee and then went out for breakfast.

The hotel is in a central location, with all the sights we wanted to see within walking distance. We had budget rooms, which were quite small but that didn’t bother us—though a couple of chairs would have been nice. The rooms were clean, and the showers and housekeeping worked well. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast restaurant on the top floor of the hotel offered stunning views of the Blue Mosque and the Bosphorus. The view from our room window was of the backyard, but that didn’t bother us. The hotel staff was friendly, and the service was prompt. We received help and guidance about the attractions and conveniently got supplies from a nearby market. We got also guidance of the public traffic. I would gladly stay at the same hotel again, though next time we would book a slightly larger room. The airport transfers arranged by the hotel, both upon arrival and departure, were handled reliably.

My room on 5th floor was right below restaurant. There was small staircase that separated my room from the rooftop restaurant. It was very noisy from the afternoon till late night. I complained about the noise from loud music and people talking loudly in the rooftop restaurant...especially late night but nothing was done for all 4 nights i stayed at this hotel. Each night, the noise level was terrible until midnight or later. I was not able sleep or properly rest all 4 days and nights I stayed at this hotel. This hotel should not be considered VIP property. That will deceive people when booking this hotel. This hotel really needs to either close the rooftop restaurant or close all 3 rooms on the 5th floor that are so close to the restaurant. It is not fair that after paying so much money for 4 nights stay, what I had to go through in terms of noise levels in this hotel, especially during each night.

Ottima accoglienza all’arrivo, reception sempre disponibile. La struttura è un po’ vetusta ma ben tenuta. La posizione è ottimale, in pochi minuti si arriva ai principali monumenti ed è anche comoda per prendere tram T1 e raggiungere così altre zone della città. La nostra camera non aveva nessuna vista ma era silenziosa. La colazione si fa in terrazza con bella vista sulla moschea blu, unica pecca molta scelta di cibi salati e poca di dolci. Dovessimo tornare a Istanbul sceglieremmo nuovamente questa struttura.

Overvej at bo i Kadiköy området i stedet

God beliggenhed til de klassiske turist ting - men området er fyldt med svindlere og alt er overpriced. Overvej evt. området Kadiköy som base i stedet. Det er både smartere, billigere og uden alle hustlerne.

Amazing stay

Really nice people, very helpful, the hotel is a walking distance from main attractions in Istanbul, the front desk staff are amazing and really help me to find out good places and good deals. I’m very happy to find this lovely place in the heart of Istanbul.

Very small hotel , tiny rooms , shower not enough to stand in it , pathetic breakfast with no refills or variety , low on staff. Makeshift attendant on breakfast , poor terrace condition and view Insisting on paying cash in Euros for any service like airport pick up etc. highly non professional . Pls be very careful while selecting this place . Highly disappointed . Kept me waiting at airport while saying the booked transport is coming soon ( probably they called uber ) and charge customer higher . Dnt look at the photographs and be decived about property
