So, the first night we arrived it took forever to check in because apparantly the guy who checked in before us went to his room and found the dog of a different guest in his room?! So we had to wait like 30 mins before getting checked in. I went to the hotel with my fiancee and our 2 kids and when I booked I initally requested a conjoined room. I called the day of my arrival to confirm we had that and we did not, but the attendant switched us to a conjoined room. Fast forward, when we got to our room, the toilet in my kids room did not flush. So I called downstairs and he said he would send someone up. We waited 30 minutes and no one came so we went downstairs to see what was going on and he says maintenance is gone for the day. Then why did you just tell us you would send someone up? We waited and waited. Mind you it was 1 am. So then they switch our rooms. The rooms they switch us to are not connected...even though that was our specific request. At this point it was so late and we were so tired we just decided to stay in the new un-connected rooms. The next day, I tell the manager about all that occured around our check-in and he says all he can do is offer us $50 off valet parking. Not even fully discount it. Then, on the day it was time for us to leave the attendant checking us out says the manager never even noted this $50 discount but she decided to take my word and honor it anyway.
