Very hot rooms, staff refused to turn on A/C, saying it was 'winter', even though it felt in the 80's as reported by the weather service. Could not even run the fan in the room without asking reception to turn it on. Staff gave several conflicting reasons, but refused to enable A/C. Security windows that opened about 3 inches, so no air flow from the window.

El hotel en general está bien. La única pega es el desorden que tienen en el desayuno, además de que es súper incómodo cuando se juntan 3 personas pasando por el buffet por el poco espacio, tuvimos que esperar mucho ya que no había bollería, ni jamón… y eso que bajamos sobre las 10:00 am. Además el camarero cubano pienso que se sobrepasa con los comentarios siendo poco servicial, quizás algo grosero, demasiado corto en distancia con comentarios como “Vamos, que van a pedir? Que es una carta no la tabla períodica” o cuando te exige en el desayuno que cojas la bandeja roja para facilitarle a él el trabajo… o cuando se pelea con un compañero a voces porque no limpia la máquina del zumo como él considera…. La habitación sin embargo súper limpia y muy cómoda. Pero no creo que volvamos por lo ya comentado.
