I liked the hotel. I was there in transit, and appreciated shuttle coming to the hotel. However, i was surprised to find out that I would need to take a taxi at 5 am to return to the airport. This is , after all, an airport hotel, and I did expect a shuttle service both ways. Everything else was fine, but I WILL NOT be staying in this hotel again. Also, there was no facility to make a cup of tea in the room. Thank you.

The hotel is in a decent location - close to the airport (with free shuttle), and only a couple of blocks from the Metro subway (20 minutes to downtown). The hotel is modern, although the rooms are a little small. The front staff were very good - friendly and helpful in regards to the hotel amenities and directions to Metro, downtown, etc. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. The breakfast, which was included in our room charge, was very good - lots of variety (hot and cold buffet), including fresh fruit (which we didn't always get in other hotels in Spain). Other reviews suggested that nearby restaurants were very good, but we don't agree - poor quality and overpriced. Recommendation - breakfast at the hotel, lunch and supper in town. We definitely recommend this hotel for visiting Madrid - it's a great hotel even if you're not flying in or out of town.

Mario at the front desk provided extraordinary service. The restaurant was very poor, slow service, cold food and too expensive. The rooms are great but very noisy if you are facing the back with staff taking out trash and bottles and dumping them at 1 AM

The space was a bit too tight

Rooms are very small. Breakfast is a complete rip off, do not fall for this trap.
