We arrived sooner than expected, and could check in for an additional 20£. We chose to walk around a bit and then wait until regular check in. Staff was helpful with storing our baggage until check in. They did not explain their dining options at all. There was a restaurant next door for breakfast but when we tried to eat there we were not on the guest list. We went to a pub on the next corner and had a delightful English breakfast instead. The location adjacent to Paddington station was excellent as we took the Heathrow Express to the airport.

Great location for coming in and out of Paddington station. Nice walk to Kensington Gardens and Little Venice. Lots of bars, restaurants and cafes along the canal. Only issue where staff were not helpful was in relation to left luggage. I’ve never had this issue before with any London hotel. And check in 2 hrs early for 15 pounds??

We loved our stay. Multiple key swipes had us feeling very safe with our family. Breakfast at the hotel was great, and of course amazing location (especially for Elizabeth Line from Heathrow and all around the city on Elizabeth, Bakerloo, Circle, etc.). A small recommendation would be to send a staff member out front a couple times a day to pickup snack/food rubbish, as it collected around the doors. But great service with clean rooms, hallways, and helpful staff. Thank you!
