There were a few things that Expedia said that was not available to us. First, there was no elevator and we had to walk 3 flights of stairs with our luggage. Then, we were told because we booked through Expedia we get no room changes, no soap, no hair shampoo/conditioner, no dishwasher detergent, nothing. We were told to go through Expedia and the hotel did nothing. The check in lady was not helpful. After contacting Expedia, they were also not helpful and did nothing. So, pretty much everyone was useless and I had to buy my own soaps!
The only thing nice about the hotel was our partial view of the beautiful water.
