Beautiful place, waking up and having that beautiful view and the sunrise right in front of you while still in bed is magnificent. The only thing that they could improve is the restaurant that has a bit of an issue with the time to prepare your food.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very accommodating and friendly and the service is really top notch. I would definitely recommend staying here despite not being central to La Fortuna main area. My only other recommendation is a sturdy car because the road to get there is a little rough.

Amazing family stay at Junglo Resort! The kids loved being surrounded by nature, and the bungalows were clean, safe, and comfortable. Staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. Keep up the good work guys! Beautifully Tucked in the hillside but worth the drive from La Fortuna. The owner, John and smiling staff greeted us with a complementary cocktail My family of 2 adults & 2 teens could only stay one night, but loved the private spacious and modern bungalow. The lush gardens and breathtaking view of valley were exceptional. Pool more for dipping…Too small to swim. More affordable breakfast would be great, but would definitely stay there again.

This staff was super helpful and accommodating. Our bungalow ended up being at the bottom of a steep hill which would have been a struggle for my mom. At 9 pm the owning and GM got staff to clean another bungalow and moved us that was closer to the car and a more mild hill. They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was great

This is a beautiful property overlooking the valley, and the bungalow had such a nice setup for a family wirh 2 kids. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but notably the setup is to contact them through WhatsApp, with availability from morning to evening - so it’s not immediate or 24 hour support like a hotel. The pool is tiny but very sweet. The restaurant is beautiful and really a necessary amenity, bc the town is down a winding dirt road and then another 10 minutes after that. We had a couple restaurant mishaps (no eggs at breakfast, no coffee at breakfast, the meal took an hour to arrive), and the meals weren’t great, but we were grateful to sit in a nice place with a gorgeous view. Everyone is very accommodating, and we could have had dinner delivered to the bungalow too. Overall, this place is up and coming, as they build more bungalows, a real pool, some spa services, and get a reception desk going. It was real value for the money in the mean time, and I enjoyed the space, staff, and proprietor, but it’s not yet the resort experience that you may find elsewhere.
