The facility was clean and convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the check-in process was a little slow. The room was comfortable, but we had to ask for toilet paper. I would definitely stay there again.

After over a week of traveling, it was great to have accessible laundry. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. There was a party in the room next door, which was inconvenient - but it was Saturday night and it did end at 11. Major inconvenience was having to stop at the desk each day because the keys were not properly setup to work 3 consecutive days.

We were picking up a puppy and needed to fly back to California the next day and the room was perfect for our needs. They have a little mini-mart near the front desk that was super helpful. Room was clean and the front desk clerk was very friendly. The only negative was that the fire alarm went off and we were on the third floor—it seemed like the real deal for a minute and everyone piled into the hallway in their jammies. It scared the bejesus put of the puppy. That problem was most likely caused by a guest smoking in their room, so we didn’t hold it against the hotel.

Really good place, with friendly employees, great amenities, stove top/kitchenware, and clean space. My first stay was flawless, but on my second one I noticed the room wasn't well sound-insulated. I could hear chatting from outside while trying to sleep and was woken up by the noise of rain water going down the gutter outside. I'm not sure if the noise issue was specific to that room, since I didn't have any problems the first time around, but overall it has been a positive experience.
